Section 4(1) in The Tamil Nadu Animals and Birds in Urban Areas (Control and Regulation) Act, 1997
(1)Any person intending to obtain or renew a licence shall apply to the Licensing Officer in such form, in such manner and on payment of such fee, as may be prescribed.
