Mr.S.Ravi, learned counsel of M/s.Gupta & Ravi (Law Firm) on behalf of sole petitioner who is before me in this web hearing on a video conferencing platform submits that he has instructions from petitioner to withdraw the captioned OP. Learned counsel submits that a letter dated 18.01.2021 together with petitioner's letter (dated 13.01.2021) to learned counsel for petitioner has been filed in this regard and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:
