Section 13(6)(b) in Bihar Intermediate Education Council (Establishment of Colleges and Conduct of Examination) Rules, 1994

(b)The Board shall ordinarily consist of not more than five persons who shall be teachers of the subjects concerned with at least ten years, teaching experience in an institution. The convenor of the Board shall be nominated by the Chairman.
