Section 21 in The Orissa Marine Fishing Regulation Rules, 1983
21. Secretary of the Appellate Board.
- The Deputy Director of Fisheries (Marketing) shall officiate as Secretary of the Appellate Board. The appeals ate to be addressed to the Chairman and shall be received by the Secretary who will make all correspondences, keep all the case records, arrange for the sitting of the Board in consultation with the Chairman and members.
