26. Power to call for information.
(1)The Board may at any time call for any information from an Alternative Investment Fund or its Manager or Sponsor or trustee or investor with respect to any matter relating to its activity as an Alternative Investment Fund or for the assessment of systemic risk or prevention of fraud.(2)Where any information is called for under sub-regulation (1) it shall be furnished within the time specified by the Board.
