98. Periodical Testing and Inspection of vehicles by prescribed authority.
(1)The prescribed authority for the periodical testing and inspection of vehicle shall be Board of Inspection.(2)The testing and inspection of vehicles shall be conducted according to the methods prescribed in this regards by the Commissioner (Transport) from time to time.
