967. Register and monthly statement.
- Register in Form I.D. 19 shall be maintained of all issues. An abstract giving the totals of columns 8, 9, 10 and 11 for the account months, supported by the receipted applications, shall be sent not later than the second day of the following month to the Collector. The receipted applications should, after examination, be returned to the warehouse to be deposited there.
