56A. [ Expenditure on physical assets outside Asansol. - [Section 56A inserted by W.B. Act 17 of 1995.]
Expenditure on physical assets outside Asansol may, for carrying out the purposes of this Act, be made if a resolution to that effect is carried out by not less than one-half of the total number of elected members of the Corporation].
