Section 10 in The Orissa District Planning Committees Act, 1998
10. Issue of guidelines.
- The Government may, with a view to ensuring the proper functions of the Committee, issue from time to time such administrative orders, directions and instructions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and rules, as they deem fit for the purposes of this Act and in particular in relation to the preparation of appropriate plans.
