(2)The Licensees in Forms TD-1, TD-2, C-l and EP-1 shall purchase Indian Liquor and Foreign liquor from the allotted depot of the APBCL only on such terms as may be prescribed. However, the Commissioner of Proh. & Excise may permit , the licensee to purchase the requirement of Indian Liquor and Foreign Liquor from any other Depot of the APBCL.
