Section 1 in Customs (Assistance in Value Declaration of Identified Imported Goods) Rules, 2023
1. Short title and commencement.—
(1)These rules may be called the Customs (Assistance in Value Declaration of Identified Imported Goods) Rules, 2023.(2)They shall come into force on 11th day of February, 2023.
