Section 8(e) in Bihar Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2003
(e)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, an offence under sub-rule (4), (5a) and (5c) of Rule 6 and Rule 7 shall be cognizable.
