Section 6(1) in The U.P. Admission To Educational Institutions (Reservation For Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes And Other Backward Classes) Act, 2006
(1)Any Head of the Institution or any officer or employee of the institution entrusted with the responsibility under Section 5 wilfully acts in a manner intended to contravene or defeat the purpose of this Act shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
