Section 2(a) in The Central Provinces and Berar Accommodation (Requisition) Act, 1948
(a)"accommodation" means any building or part of building and includes-(i)the garden, grounds and out-houses, if any, appertaining to such building or part of building, and(ii)any fittings or fixtures attached to any Such building or part of such building or any furniture supplied by the owner for use in such building or part of building;
