Section 37(1) in The Jai Narain Vyas University Jodhpur Act, 1962
(1)At any time after the passing of this Act, and until such time as the authorities of the University shall have been duly constituted, or until such further time as the Syndicate may desire, a special Officer shall be appointed by the State Government for the University.
