Section 3 in Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016
3. Applicability.
- These rules shall apply to all minerals, except (i) minor minerals defined under clause (e) of section 3; and (ii) minerals listed in Part A and Part B of the First Schedule to the Act.
