Feeling aggrieved and dissatisfied with the impugned judgment and order dated 14.12.2009 passed by the High Court of Delhi in Writ Petition (C) No.9418/2009, the original writ petitioner has preferred the present Special Leave Petition. appears that earlier, the very petitioner had filed a writ petition before the Patna High Court with respect to the same subject matter and the learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition. The Division Bench of the Patna High Court also dismissed the Letters Patent Appeal against which the Special Leave Petition was filed, which came to be withdrawn. Thereafter, again the petitioner filed the present writ petition before the Delhi High Court on the very subject matter, which is rightly not entertained by the High Court. We see no reason to interfere with the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court. The Special Leave petition stands dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
