(2)Full and equal rights with other agriculturist members to participate in the functioning of the Corporation or the social or community aspects of the life in the area of the Corporation subject to the provisions of the ordinance, there rules or the Memorandum of Association or the bye-laws or general orders that may be issued by the Corporation.
