Section 360 in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
360. Copies of rules and bye-laws, etc. to be kept for inspection and sales.
- Copies in English and Hindi in Devanagari script of all rules and bye-laws made for the Municipality under the Act shall be kept in the office of the Council and shall be open, during office hours without charge, to the inspection of any inhabitant of the Municipality and they shall also be made available for sale on payment.
