(5)Closed pipes for conveyance of spirit for receivers to store room. - The stills, receivers and vats shall be so arranged that spirit may be conveyed from the receivers to the store-room through closed pipes. All pipes and all joints thereof shall be secured and sealed to the satisfaction of the Commissioner.
