Section 6(1) in The Central Provinces Court of Wards Act, 1899
(1)Any land-holder may apply to the State Government to have his property placed under the superintendence of the Court of Wards, and the State Government may on such application, if it thinks it expedient in the public interests, order the Court of Wards to assume the superintendence of the property.
