Section 15(1) in The Pepsu Townships Development Board Act, 1954
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder the Board shall have powers to do anything consistent therewith, which may in its opinion be necessary or expedient for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Act.
