Section 16(2) in Bihar Gram Sabha (Co-ordination of meeting and Procedure for conduct) Rules, 2012
(2)The Gram Panchayat shall consider on the priorities fixed by the Gram Sabha.The Gram Panchayat shall consider the priorities of the proposals passed by the Gram Sabha while finalizing the selection of developmental schemes of the Gram Panchayat.
