Section 6A(3)(b) in The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members Emoluments and Pension) Act, 1956

(b)five hundred rupees if he does not avail himself of the use of an official residence in Jaipur but avails himself of the use of furniture to which he is entitled under the said sub-section at the house owned or taken on rent by him for his residence purposes;
