JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the 4th and 5th respondents to correct the spelling mistake in the name of petitioner's father in Ext.P6 birth certificate issued by the 5 th respondent and a further direction to the 1st respondent to issue necessary direction to the 2nd respondent for correcting the spelling mistake of the name of petitioner's father in Ext.P1 certificate issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education taking into account Exts.P3 and P4.
2. Material facts for the disposal of the writ petition are as follows; petitioner, a minor is represented by her father. Petitioner is studying in St.Xavier's Public School, Peechanikkad for Plus One. She has studied at the school of the 3rd respondent upto secondary level. At the time of obtaining secondary school examination certificate, W.P.(C) No. 34753 of 2017 2 petitioner identified, a spelling mistake in her father's name. Her father's name is written as b
