1. This is an appeal filed under Section 91 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 challenging the order dated 24.07.2025 passed by the Registrar of Trade Marks.
2. Issue notice. Learned counsel the Respondent accepts notice.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is relying upon the submissions set out at paragraph 9(c) and 10 of this appeal read with document 12 to state that the counter statement filed to opposition no. 1376740 be accepted on the same facts.
4. Learned counsel for the Respondent is directed to take instructions. The Petitioner is directed to provide an e-copy of the paper-book during the course of the day.
