Section 21 in Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971
21. Preparation and submission of the detailed development plan.
- The local planning authority shall, within such time as may be prescribed and after consulting in the prescribed manner, the owners of lands and buildings in the area, prepare and submit a detailed development plan to the Director.
