(1)If at a meeting, convened for a purpose of approval, of the annual budget, the Grama Sasan fails to record its approval to the same or, as the case may be, the first or second supplementary or revised budget, the Grama Panchayat shall inform the Sub-divisional Panchayat Officer, who shall in turn convene a special meeting of the Grama Sasan for the purpose.
