690. Recapture of a prisoner who escapes on a transfer.
- A prisoner who escapes on transfer shall, if recaptured, be sent to the Jail from which he was despatched, and after trial for the escape, forwarded to the jail to which he was being transferred when the escape took place. A report of the recapture of a prisoner and the date of despatch to his destination, shall be sent to the Inspector-General and to the Superintendent of the Jail is to receive him.
