Section 49(1) in Himachal Pradesh University Act, 1970
(1)If any elected or nominated member of the Court, Executive Council and the Academic Council or any body or Committee of the University ceases for any reason to be a student, teacher or an employee in which capacity he was elected/nominated he shall cease to be a member and his office shall become vacant.
