Section 28(10) in The Rajasthan Accounts Service Rules, 1954
(10)The Committee shall also prepare a separate list containing names of persons who may be selected to fill up officiating vacancies already existing or likely to occur till the next meeting of the Committee. The list so prepared shall be renewed and revised every year.
