Section 18(5) in The Gujarat Homoeopathic Act, 1963
(5)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (3) and (4) no person whose name has been entered in the register under section 17 shall be entitled to have his name entered in the register under section 17 shall be entitled to have his name entered in the list.
