Section 9(1) in The Orissa Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) Act, 2007
(1)In every professional educational institution admissions shall be in accordance with the reservation policy of the Government notified for the purpose of this Act;Provided that nothing in this Sub-section shall be applicable to the minority institutions.
