Section 12 in Calcutta Tramways Company (Acquisition of Undertaking) Act, 1976
12. Act to override other laws. -
The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other enactment or in any judgment, decree or order of any Court, Tribunal or other authority or in any instrument having effect by virtue of any enactment other than this Act.
