Section 10(i) in The Merchant Shipping (Fire Appliances) Rules, 1969
(i)at least two fire hydrants, one on the port side and one on the starboard side and each such hydrant shall be provided with a fire hose with at least two nozzles one of which shall be capable of spraying water on oil or alternatively suitable dual purpose nozzles;
