3. The present appeal is filed under section 374(2) Cr.P.C. read with section 482 Cr.P.C. to impugn the judgment dated 15.07.2023 and order on sentence dated 26.08.2023 passed by the court of Sh. Pankaj Arora, ASJ-04, North-East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in sessions case bearing no. 44394/2015.
4. The counsel for the appellant stated that the impugned judgment dated 15.07.2023 was not based on proper appreciation of the evidence led by the prosecution.
5. Appeal is admitted for hearing.
