Section 41 in The Rajasthan Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958
41. Repeal.
- On and from the date of commencement of this Act in any area, the enactments specified in the Schedule shall stand repealed in so far as they apply to such area:Provided that anything done in relation thereto under the enactments so repealed, which could have been done under this act, if it had then been in force in that area, shall be deemed to have been done under this Act.The Schedule(See Section 41)
