Section 33(1) in THE THUNCHATH EZHUTHACHAN MALAYALAM UNIVERSITY ACT, 2013
(1)The Controller of Examinations shall be a full time officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Vice Chancellor with the approval of the Executive Committee in accordance with the Statutes.
