2 09-06-2014Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners, namely, Thakkan Jha, Lakhi Jha, Musai Jha, Magan Jha @ Mangal Jha @ Shambhu Kumar Jha, Ratan Jha, Mukesh Jha and Sudhir Jha apprehend their arrest in K.Asthan P.S. Case No.362 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No.1157 of 2013 under Sections 341, 323, 337, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(I)(X) of SC/ST Act.
Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that there are cases and counter cases between the parties, the Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18264 of 2014 (2) dt.09-06-2014 2 petitioners named above are directed to surrender before the court below within one month from today and on their so surrendering, the court below is directed to release the petitioners on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biroul at Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with K.Asthan P.S. Case No.362 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No.1157 of 2013.
