Section 26(1) in U.P. Co-operative Sugar Mills and Distilleries Employees Service Regulations, 2015
(1)In the matter of an employee appointed on deputation in government services or in any other service, the terms and conditions of deputation be determined between Mill Society and employer of his original department.
