1. We have heard learned senior counsel for the parties, albeit briefly.
2. A suggestion has been put forth by Mr Harin P. Raval, learned senior counsel, which is that Twenty Five South Realty Ltd and Hubtown Limited, who are the current shareholders of Joyous Housing Ltd., will continue to maintain the status quo with regard to their respective stake in the said company, subject to the Section 9 petition [O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 297/2023] disposed of via the impugned order being heard afresh.
3. Mr.Rajiv Nayar, learned senior counsel and Mr.Darpan Wadhwa, learned senior counsel, say that they will respond to the suggestion made by Mr.Raval.
4. At the request of the counsels for the parties, list the matter on 11.01.2024.
