(4)The term of the office of the Members of the Board other than the Ex-officio Members shall be three years:Provided that no member of the Board who is nominated shall continue to be a Member of the Board on his ceasing to hold the office by virtue of which he has been nominated as a Member of the Board:Provided further that even if some of the members are nominated at different times to the Board under items (vii) to (xiii) of sub-section (2), the term of three years in their case shall be reckoned from the date on which the notification constituting the Board was first issued.
