Section 41(4)(b) in Bihar Inland Vessels Rules, 2013

(b)Such Medical Officer shall visit the Inland Vessel and if a suitable hospital is available, or if other satisfactory arrangements can be made for the patients treatment and segregation, shall bring the patient to land.
