(2)Copies of any license or approval may, for the purposes of this rule, be authenticated by the authority, which granted the license or approval-(a)on payment of a fee as per Schedule-V in the manner prescribed in rule 65 for each authenticated copy; and(b)on the submission of a copy of the plan identical with the approved plan attached to the license or approval.
