230. Framing and determination of issues.
(1)After considering the written statement or the result of examination of the opposite party and the result of the local inspection, if any, the Claims Tribunal shall proceed to frame the issues.(2)After framing the issues, the Claims Tribunal shall proceed to record evidence thereon which each party may desire to produce.
