Section 12(1) in Himachal Pradesh Prohibition of Sale of Loose Cigarettes and Beedies and Regulation of Retail Business of Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2016
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry out the provisions of this Act.
