Section 17(3) in The Punjab State Faculty of Ayurvedic and Unani Systems of Medicine Act, 1963
(3)In submitting bye-laws for the approval of the State Government under this Section the Faculty shall send a copy of its proceedings relating to the passing of such bye-laws and shall state the number of its members representing the Ayurvedic System and Unani System, who voted for or against such bye-laws or did not vote in respect of such bye-laws.
