ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition challenging the assessment proceeding initiated against the petitioner beyond the period of limitation.
2. We have passed a detail order of even date in W.P. 5529/2014 (Smt. Preeti Goyal Vs. Union of India and others).
3. Since the facts and issue involved in this petition are similar to the aforesaid writ petition, hence, this petition is disposed of that the competent authority shall decide the representation of the petitioner dt.6.9.2010 (Annexure P/1) after considering the principle of law laid down by this court in W.P. 5529/2014 (Smt. Preeti Goyal Vs. Union of India and others). The petitioner shall submit another representation to the authority alongwith copy of the order passed by this court in W.P.No.5529/2014. No order as to costs.
A copy of the order passed in W.P. 5529/2014 be kept in the record of this file.
