Section 21 in Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2001
21. Any ration-card holder desirous of obtaining extracts from the records of Fair Price Shop Owner (Licensee) may make a written request to such owner along with deposit of Rs. 10/- (Ten) fixed as fee within fourteen days from the date of receipt of a request and the fee, the licensee shall provide such extracts of records to the ration-card holder.
