25. Staff.
(1)The Government shall appoint such staff, as may be necessary, to assist the State Commission in its day-to-day work and perform such other functions as are provided under the Act or these Rules or as assigned by the President.(2)The Secretary of the State Commission shall henceforth be the Registrar and Secretary of the Commission and shall assist the Commission in matters relating to procedures of the State Commission.
